Design and Development
Development focused on several key areas of the existing Summit Bar platform:
- Buffers
- Fog light housing
- Fitting time
The Summit MKII has eliminated front buffers and now features robot welds on the front face of the bar, showcasing ARB’s excellence in sheet metal fabrication. The fog light design has been significantly updated to include a plug-and-play unit that integrates an indicator, clearance light, Daytime Running Light (DRL), and fog light into one complete assembly, addressing modern vehicle requirements.

- Extensive protection panels on the center and sides
- Pressed form top pan and aluminum (powder-coated matt black) winch cover panel
- Twin ARB Jack or Hi-Lift jack points in the lower pan
- Two aerial brackets located on the outer frames
- Accommodates Warn, Magnum, Bushranger, Smittybilt low mount model electric winches up to 12,000lb
- Provision for ARB Intensity and Solis LEDs, as well as a range of Bushranger and IPF lights
- Includes ARB LED fog light, LED Daytime Running Light, and LED indicators and clearance lights
- Adds approximately 174mm to the overall length of the vehicle
- Approximate weight of the bar, chassis mounts, and fitting kit is 99kg, with about 15kg removed from the vehicle during fitment
- Metaprep primer for additional corrosion resistance
- Finished in matt black powder coat with an option to color-match to the vehicle
